Once you officially become a TREND Transformations franchise owner, support will be there whenever you need it. From the very beginning you can expect to receive assistance in the following ways:

  • General Training

    A comprehensive training program (in-person and onsite). The initial 1-week franchise training will be held in South Florida at our headquarters in Miramar. There, you will learn the ins and outs of running your new franchise. The hands-on, technical portion of the training takes place at your facility with our technical support and development staff. Our technical team will spend up to an additional 2 weeks working with your people during the showroom build-out. Further online training will also take place.

  • Business Planning

    Our team of specialists will work with you to develop a business plan, operating budget and marketing strategies.

  • Operations Management

    We will teach you to use our proven systems and proprietary software for managing project workflow, staffing, inventory and other store functions.

  • Financial Management

    You’ll learn techniques for analyzing, understanding and improving your location’s financial performance.

  • Marketing

    Our marketing department will provide you with advertising strategies, guidance on how to best utilize your marketing resources and access to materials to help launch and grow your business.

  • Personnel Management

    We’ll share our best practices with you on how to identify, train, motivate and compensate the highest quality employees.
