    Andrea Di Giuseppe

    International CEO

    Andrea Di Giuseppe serves as Chairman of the Board and Global CEO for Rocksolid Granit and TREND Group with offices throughout the world. He oversees worldwide operations with regular visits to Italy, Brazil and India, as well as the UK, USA and Australia. Past experience in the family tile business, and his early days with Bisazza, give him the expertise to direct the factory, guide product development, and direct TREND’s sales and product mix as well as TREND Transformations growth and development. He does this through an integrated management program that counts on managers in each country working together, focusing on growing the brands through innovation and integration. He splits his time between Miami, Florida and Vicenza, Italy. He is married to Federica Bisazza and has two young, energetic boys!

    Danny Hanlon

    Chief Operating Officer

    As Chief Operating Officer of the North American and UK operations, Danny oversees business development across both territories. He is responsible for providing franchise owners with effective marketing and technical support, controls the overall operational budget and manages the head office team. As an apprenticed cabinet maker and a member of the original TREND Transformations franchise, Danny has plenty of hands-on experience. He helped setup the pilot U.S. franchise before relocating to the UK and has played a significant role in developing the brand.

    Our Chief Financial Officer, Cristiano, holds an MBA from the University of Florence and is a Chartered Accountant with an extensive financial and accounting background. Prior to becoming our CFO in 2015, he held a similar position with a large luxury yacht group and before that, was a Senior Manager with Arthur Andersen, the major accounting firm in Europe. He is familiar with both manufacturing and retail industries including experience in management & accounting, stock exchange filings, private equity ownership and distribution networks.

    VP of Franchise Development

    A strong proponent of collaboration and teamwork, Mike has over 25 years of both selling and sales management experience. He has a degree in Sales & Marketing from the University of South Florida and is a Paul Harris Fellow with the Rotary Foundation. In his current role, he is working to grow the franchise network and provide the necessary training and development support. Mike lives in the St. Pete, Florida area, and is married with three beautiful children.

    Head of Franchise Recruitment and Resales

    Formerly an independent franchise recruitment consultant, Dugan initially worked on the TREND Transformations account, where he helped guide potential franchises through the entire investment process, before joining RSG on a full-time basis. As our Franchise Recruitment Specialist for both North America and the UK, he employs print, online and direct marketing techniques to find suitable candidates, and maintains a dialogue with prospects to ensure a good fit with our franchise offering.

    Jason Langford

    Director of Marketing

    Jason manages all marketing, advertising and public relations for North America. He oversees the creative strategy and direction for the company encompassing print, TV, digital, social media and more. He is in charge of developing the different marketing budgets throughout the company and manages key strategic relationships with our various agencies and vendors. Jason is also in charge of the TREND Transformations rebranding project for The Americas.
